If you have a problem with any product you’ve received, please contact us at:

Please include the following in your email:

  •  Your full name and order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

Eligibility for Returns

You may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund if:

  • The item is faulty, damaged, or not as described
  • You contact us within 30 days of receiving the item
  • The item is in its original condition (unless it arrived damaged or faulty)

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases unless otherwise agreed upon.
  •  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Return Process

  1. Contact us at sales@unearthedparts.com.au with the necessary details.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back.
  3. Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it and process your refund, exchange, or store credit as applicable.


Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your return for processing

12-Month Manufacturer Warranty

We offer a 12-month manufacturer warranty on the following products:

  • Rubber Tracks
  • Replacement Wheels

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal use and proper installation.

Warranty Coverage Includes:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Premature wear due to material failure
  • Structural integrity issues not caused by misuse

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Damage due to improper installation, misuse, or lack of maintenance
  • Normal wear and tear beyond reasonable expectations
  • Accidental or impact damage
  • Use in extreme or unauthorized conditions

To make a warranty claim, email sales@unearthedparts.com.au with your order number, details of the issue, and clear photos. All warranty claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
